about

"M281" is a collection of songs I've written over the past couple of years, all of which I re-recorded especially for this release. The intention of this record was to capture the sound, energy, and intensity of a live concert; while maintaining the intimacy and detail of a studio recording.

Making this record was both demanding and fun in equal measure, and it's great to finally get it out into the world. I'm very proud of the end result given it's been years in the making.
There are themes of joy, despair, frustration, and rage throughout the whole record.

I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I did playing it!

The Bandcamp digital download includes two bonus tracks - two early 4-track demos of "21" and "Shard".
